Home Modifications
Home modification services can help eligible individuals remain safely in their homes by modifying or making necessary repairs, or by providing assistance devices or other equipment.
The goal of the program is to increase the individual’s independence and maximize their health and safety.
Home modifications can range from installing a smoke detector to building a wheelchair ramp. Assistive devices and equipment can include obtaining walkers, bath benches and lift chairs.
