In-home Assistance / Personal Care
The SWAAD provides a variety of personal care and in-home services that assist persons 60 and older and those w/disabilities to safely stay in their home.
The following are examples of services that can be provided by our varied personal care and in-home service programs:
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Personal Hygiene
- Assistance with walking and transferring
- Toileting
- Eating
- Assistance with medication management
- Housekeeping
- Transportation
- Limited Nursing Services
- Respite Care
Our trained staff will be able to explain these services and answer any questions that you may have. They will assist you to identify options for your specific situation and provide appropriate referral information.
