COVID Vaccine Information & Resources
Community members who do not use the internet are experiencing difficulties registering for COVID-19 vaccination appointments. The Area Agency on Aging & Disabilities of Southwest Washington (AAADSW) is able to help Southwest Washington residents who need additional support in registering for a vaccination appointment. Community members who need assistance using the online Phase Finder tool or completing Clark County Public Health’s webform are encouraged to call AAADSW’s Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) for assistance. Please note that AAADSW is not able to schedule any vaccine appointments, but is able to add phase-eligible community members to Clark County Public Health’s vaccine waiting list. Please call the Aging & Disability Resource Center for support at 360-694-8144. Assistance accessing COVID-19 vaccine information is also available in Cowlitz County by calling the local ADRC at 360-501-8399.
