Our ideas about wellness are individual. They depend on our values, beliefs, culture, likes, and life experiences. Many of us can agree, though, that personal wellness includes being as healthy and satisfied as we can be, in all areas of life, given our uniquely personal circumstances.

Join Staying Well: Emotional Wellness and start learning to:
• Evaluate and improve your emotional wellness.
• Understand, respect, and manage feelings and attitudes.
• Build a network of stronger, healthier, more satisfying relationships with friends and family.
• Cope more effectively with life.
