Caregiver Yoga

An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Friday, repeating until March 14, 2014
Caregiver Yoga Workshops are specially designed for unpaid family caregivers in need of enhancing their self-care skills. Workshops will begin with time for personal reflection and sharing. This time will be followed by yoga practice. All Props (including mat and other materials) will be provided. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
Caregivers who participate in the workshops are encouraged to nourish themselves on many levels as they do three things — Reflect, Reconnect, and Relax.

Practice gentle Iyengar yoga ~ Reflect on your priorities ~ Honor your losses and emotions ~ Be supported by other caregivers ~ Nourish yourself with deep relaxation
