End of Life Coalition of SW Washington: Documentary Viewing “Speaking of Dying”
April 16, 2019 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
The End of Life Coalition of SW Washington, an affiliate of Friends of Hospice is presenting a FREE screening of “Speaking of Dying – Living Deeply…Dying Well”, a documentary by Trudy James and Jennifer Jones.
Informative and yet intimate, Speaking of Dying is a documentary that captures the importance of speaking openly about all aspects of the dying process. This film will inspire and encourage you to talk to your friends, family, health care agents and medical providers about your own end of life planning, choices and wishes. It will motivate you to become more informed — long before a crisis. Most of all, it will help you believe that your life can have a peaceful and meaningful ending that will be a gift to yourself, and to your loved ones.
After the screening, Lynn Crawford, Education Coordinator for the End of Life Coalition of Southwest Washington, will facilitate a discussion with the audience and a panel of professionals centered around important questions raised by “Speaking of Dying”.
All are welcome! Hope to see you there!
Tickets are not required but please RSVP at eolcoalition.eventbrite.com or call Julie at 360-608-8613.
