Powerful Tools for Caregivers (Cowlitz County)

An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until October 16, 2013
The Powerful Tools for Caregivers is for family members caring for a loved one at home. Classes will provide you with tools and tips to better handle the unique challenges you face. Class participants learn to reduce personal stress; communicate their needs to family members and healthcare providers; deal with difficult feelings; and make tough caregiving decisions.
This six week class series is open to spouses, partners, adult children and friends caring for a loved one at home. There is no cost to attend, but due to limited space, registration is required.
