Powerful Tools for Caregivers of Children with Special Health and Behavioral Needs is a six-week workshop open to kinship families (families raising a relative’s child or children with Special Health or Behavioral Needs).
Classes provide you with tools and tips to better handle the unique challenges you face.
Learn to:
- Reduce personal stress
- Communicate effectively with other family members and professionals
- Reduce guilt, anger, and depression
- Help yourself to relax
- Set goals and problem solve
- Make tough decisions
- Take care yourself
