We protect your privacy in a variety of ways including using industry accepted security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of data used by our system. We do not share any of your personally identifiable information with third parties.

We respect each site visitor’s right to personal privacy. To that end, we collect and use information throughout our website only as disclosed in this Privacy Policy. This statement applies solely to information collected on this website. For each visitor to our website, our web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. The information we collect is: (1) used to provide services to the customer as requested by the customer; (2) never shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.

The Area Agency on Aging & Disabilities of Southwest Washington does not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal information. In order to access our website, visitors are not required to complete our registration form. However, to RSVP or register for our classes and events, site visitors are required to complete our registration form. During registration, a user must give certain contact information, but we never sell or give away this information. It is only gathered to contact the user about services on our site for which s/he has expressed interest.

We publish an electronic email bulletin to our unpaid adult caregiver audience and we never sell or share our subscribers’ email addresses. If you would like to unsubscribe from the Agency unpaid adult caregiver ebulletin list, please click the link at the bottom of any ebulletin sent by The Area Agency on Aging & Disabilities of Southwest Washington.

If you have received unwanted, unsolicited email sent via our system or purporting to be sent via this system, please forward a copy of that email with your comments to by email for review.
